In order to confirm the Mobile money transfer, you will need to upload a receipt or take a screenshot of your transfer within 10 - 40 minutes from your payment time. If a mobile money transfer is made but no receipt is uploaded within this period, your order will be cancelled or provide us with your transaction reference. We will verify and confirm your receipt within 10 working minutes from the time you upload it. Make sure the name above appears in your transaction as the name you are sending the money to before entering your pin code, thank you.
